Snowflake’s “Data Cloud” is more than just a platform for data. It’s a global network where thousands of organisations mobilise data with almost unlimited scale, synchrony and performance.

The data cloud consists of two parts: platform and data. Snowflake’s platform is the engine that powers the cloud and the data that is made available comes from customers and other data providers who store, get access to and ultimately decide to share data through our platform.
