The AI Kickstarter kicks off with a workshop attended by representatives from your business and IT department. During the workshop, you will receive assistance in identifying and prioritizing business cases where advanced analysis can add business value, leveraging high-quality available data. Based on these priorities, a business case will be selected for advanced analysis, considering the estimated benefits and implementation costs.

Once your IT department extracts the data, our data scientist will develop an analysis environment for the initial iteration. It typically takes around eight weeks to prepare the analysis environment and conduct the analysis. Following this, you will receive a report on the analysis results along with the developed analysis environment.
